Eric Rendon, founder and CEO of Emergency Repair Biomedical, was born and raised in California and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering (BSBME) from Cal Poly SLO. He is certified in CBET (Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician), CHTM (Certified Healthcare Technology Manager), and ASSE 6040 for medical gas systems.
Known for his proactive mindset, calm presence, and genuine care for clients, Eric brings both technical expertise and hands-on leadership to every job.
The idea behind Emergency Repair Biomedical was born from a simple mission: help doctors keep their practices running without interruptions. Eric saw firsthand how equipment failures could bring entire clinics to a halt—costing time, money, and patient trust. He built the company to be a fast, reliable solution for healthcare providers who can’t afford delays, offering expert service that keeps practices moving and downtime to a minimum.
Eric isn’t just a leader—he’s the first to dive in when a machine goes down and/or surveyors show up unannounced.
He thrives under pressure and gets the job done.
With extensive experience working on legacy and discontinued equipment that manufacturers no longer support, Eric has built a reputation for solving the tough problems others walk away from. His professionalism, technical expertise, and attentive, hands-on approach make him a trusted partner to clinics, hospitals, and surgery centers across California.
